RS Group is a family office based in Hong Kong.

Since 2009, we have been committed to our mission of creating a paradigm shift in societal values that lead to a just and regenerative world where humans live within planetary boundaries, in harmony with nature.

Since our last impact report in 2016, the world has entered a deepening meta-crisis. Social, political, technological, and ecological challenges are now overlapping and mutually reinforcing, pushing humanity beyond six out of nine Planetary Boundaries, straining our planet’s capacity to regenerate.

Confronting this meta-crisis can feel overwhelming. Yet we believe transformation begins with a shift in consciousness recognising ecological limits, rethinking overconsumption, and redesigning systems so that they support long-term planetary and human wellbeing rather than extractive growth. 

Meaningful change requires reimagining our socio-cultural norms, economic priorities, and institutional structures. Systemic transformation across policy, finance, culture, and the individual must become the collective focus if we are to restore balance and equity.

We acknowledge the scale of the challenge, but we are committed to learning, experimenting, and contributing to the needed actions alongside other like-minded partners. As a team, we constantly challenge ourselves to reflect, learn, unlearn, and evolve to meet the needs of a fast-changing society and environment.

Our Principal Annie Chen has always seen RS Group as a journey of learning, evolving, and taking responsible action. Guided by our core values, we remain dedicated to “investing in the future we want to create”.
