Annie is dedicating her time and resources towards social and environmental causes with the potential for shifting our systems towards a healthier and more healing direction. Driven by the belief that one should, and can, “invest in the future one wants to create”, Annie is committed to seeding innovative philanthropic or impact investing strategies, aiming to enable the mainstreaming of environmental and social considerations in the wealth management context, particularly within Asia. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Annie obtained her BA from Brown University and her JD from Columbia Law School.
Ronie leads and manages the strategy, activities, and operations of RS Group. She led the launch of the RS Group Impact Report in 2016 and the incubation of Sustainable Finance Initiative (SFi) in 2018. In 2019, Ronie developed the Natural Capital Initiative (NCI), aimed at deploying catalytic capital towards innovative investment solutions for natural capital in Asia. NCI projects included a US$3m blended finance funding window and Terratai, a venture builder for nature-based ventures. Ronie is an Advisor and Member to SFi and has over 15 years of banking and finance experience with past careers at HSBC, KPMG, and UPS.
Justin focuses on RS Group’s philanthropic activities and deployment of catalytic capital. Prior to RS Group, Justin was with the UBS Optimus Foundation, leading the social finance team's global work on climate, NbS, blended finance projects, and impact first investments into social and nature-positive enterprises. Before UBS, Justin worked at Prudential plc in various corporate roles, then pivoted to the impact sector by helping to establish their own Foundation in Asia. He started his working life with EY Australia, holds a Bachelor of Business with Distinction from University of Technology, Sydney, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Winnie oversees investments of RS Group with a focus on public investments. She has more than 20 years of experience in family offices, asset management, and investment banking. Prior to RS Group, Winnie was Managing Director and Responsible Officer at both single and multi-family offices, where she oversaw global wealth management across multiple asset classes. Previously, she was a portfolio manager for institutional and retail portfolios at I.G. Investment Management and Legg Mason. She started her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and UBS. She graduated from the University of Chicago with Phi Beta Kappa majoring in Economics.
Christine focuses on the private investments and the catalytic capital strategy of RS Group. She brings a decade of experience in private equity and banking. Prior to RS Group, Christine was Senior Vice President at RRJ Capital, an Asia-based private equity fund, working on transactions ranging from Chinese growth equity to structured credit and buyout of multinational companies. Before RRJ, she was an analyst with the investment banking team at Credit Suisse. Christine graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with first class honours, majoring in Economics.
Lehui focuses on the philanthropic work of RS Group. Prior to RS Group, Lehui was with Social Ventures Hong Kong, where she spent close to a decade designing new platforms to synthesise capital from partners across all sectors and enabling these resources to have a social impact in enriching Hong Kong’s communities. She was also with AVPN, overseeing their member network in Hong Kong. Lehui started her career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank. A native of Singapore, Lehui graduated from Wellesley College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Ivo is the founder and managing director of onValues Ltd., a leading independent investment consulting firm with a focus on responsible and sustainable investment strategies. With assets under advice in the range of multiple billions (USD), onValues supports a wide range of international clients including pension funds, family offices, foundations and HNWIs on aligning their investments to long-term sustainability trends. Based in Zurich, Ivo has worked for pioneering institutions such as Swiss Re (as Head of Group Sustainability), SAM (as Head of Research and Indices) and responsAbility (microfinance and impact investments). He is a certified analyst / portfolio manager and environmental engineer (MSc and PhD) by training.
